Comedy Night: Worst First-Date, Ever.
Every time a celebrity from Hollywood, Washington or Buckingham Palace arrives in Ireland, we behave in the same way. We get them a pint of Guinness, we show them something really old, and we pressure them to go on a chat show where we ask“So... is this your first time in Ireland?” As a country, we are the Worst First-Date, Ever.
From 8:15PM until finish.....
At Alice's Restaurant
5 Moat Mall % Moat Mall Naas Co Kildare
Abie Philbin Bowman is bringing his new Comedy show titled WORST FIRST-DATE, EVER. to Alice's Restaurant on July 11. This is his second time here. His last show here was The Banking Crisis through Comedy. This was a great evening and Benda Donoghue from RTE Radio 1 The Mooney Show was here. She edited twenty minutes from it and broadcast it a few days later. Thanks Brenda.... That night Abie and Aidan Killian introduced us to bartering. Thinking about this I decided that it would be a good idea to have a non perishable food bank in the restaurant..... So the deal is .... I'll provide Tea/Coffee/Cake at the door as usual and you bring a non perishable food item.. This will then be given to The Church on Main Street. The people there make up food boxes for people who need help at this moment. Abie will be on KFM this Friday 3 July talking abut his show here on the 11th. Listen in if you can.
Support on the night will be from young talented singer songwriter Saoirse Casey. Door €12.00. Door open @ 8.15. pm. Gig starts @ 9 pm. Tea/Coffee/Cake on arrival. BYO wine/beer.

Have you seen my stamp collection?
Do you like me?
